In our company, we have the consistent manufacture line (from order to manufacturing). Especially, Alumina, Steatite, Forsterite and Zircon are made from high-grade materials, and components are fabricated by precise processing. Our products are widely used for components of advanced device and equipment.


For vacuum or structure parts such as some electric and precision analyzers which need to keep airtight, the surface of ceramics and other metal are made bonding by brazing filler metal in Mo-Mn method.
Although alumina and a Fe-nickel alloy are usually used for ceramics or metal, the optimal material for the purpose of use and conditions are chosen.
